  Price is reasonable but elevator could be better

  The only negitive thing 8 have to say is that the freight elevator need to be more user friendly ad it was difficult to use. Aside from that, everything else was fine 🙂

  Savings through online reservations

  The customer service clerks were very helpful and courteous. Ahead of my move one suggested that I make reservations online to save money and because I did I was able to get the unit I wanted at a lower rate. I have been storing with Public Storage for 5 years and in the past I had always done things online, but because I had not moved in a while it was nice to be reminded of things I can do to save money. Overall great experience!!

  Customer Service Excellent / Hours & Facility not as great

  Customer service there is excellent. Hours are not good. The units of the same size were actually not. I saw one that had a support beam that took up space so I asked to see another which was by itself down a hallway and larger than what it was categorized as by a couple square feet.

  Hello, I've stored with Public Storage some years ago and along the way I've referred 3 family members. Service provided by your team members has been good but I must say that you need to do better as far as keeping your main elevator working especially on a weekend... In the years I've been visiting your facility i've come across it being Out of Service numerous times including this past weekend 2/23/19 when I opened a new account. For a company that provides the service you do, there is NO excuse as to why your main elevator should be out especially if its not the 2nd or 3rd time in my personal experience. Get it together... Thanks

  I was very pleased with the services provided to me at this facility. The staff was very pleasant, courteous and attentive to all of my questions and storage needs. I felt very welcome and my move in was a great experience. I certainly appreciated the professionalism and detail oriented individuals who work here, that has given me confidence and reassurance that my belongings will be safe here.

  Moving in itself is always stressful, but public storage made it easy. The staff was friendly and helpful especially Anna who and gave us 5 star treatment. I would definitely recommend Public Storage to anyone needing some extra space. JB

  The five stars are for Carla who provided excellent customer service before, during and after the move-in process. At all times, she was professional and courteous, providing solutions to problems we encountered along the way. For example, she quickly provided another suitable unit for the same price after we learned that Public Storage gave away our original reserved unit to someone else without informing us in advance. Another example, when we agreed to take the next unit available, we discovered that someone's unwanted items still remained in it. Carla took initiative and worked with other staff to have the unit cleaned and ready for our move-in immediately. Thank God for Carla! Moving can be stressful. But her upbeat, friendly personality made the process more bearable. She was available to troubleshoot unexpected problems and provided a follow-up phone call to make sure our move-in process went okay. My image of Public Storage was going in a negative direction fast until we started working with Carla. Based on her professional performance and excellent customer service, I hope that management considers her for a well-deserved raise.
