  I had a great experiences all around. Meloney was kind enough to reach out to me right after I did my online reservation to confirm the storage unit and to set an appointment for me to come in and sign the remaining paper work. She was very helpful and pleasant to work with.

  The only thing I did'nt like was the...

  The only thing I did'nt like was the obvious attempt to squeeze a little more out of you with the insurance requirement. I was given the 50 cent tour of the facility, issued my code to the gate, went and tried it, walked around, viewed my locker and upon going back to the office to finalize the rental agreement, I was then informed that it was mandatory to have insurance. Not just any insurance, but their insurance. At a cost of $11 more per month. Of course after spending 30 minutes getting the tour, who is going to say no. My stuff isnt worth $3000 of insurance! Just be up front with the fact. Why hide it to the last minute? The ad should say $45 + 11 a month. Its shady business practices to bilk you. You can bet I will claim every bit of my $3000 worth of insurance should the place go up in flames!

  Renting my storage unit at Public...

  Renting my storage unit at Public Storage was convenient as I was able to set up online an appointment for the next day. I was pleasantly greeted and guided thru registering and received a lock. I used the promotion offered online. I am happy to have my belongings safely stored now. Thank you Republic Storage and thank you Chris for helping me at the counter. Best

  Office Staff,Excellent with...

  Office Staff,Excellent with information.Online video does not accurately give correct square footage for storage space,I was looking to store items. The area where this facility(Dagget St.) off Balboa,has a lot of homeless and workers,who have their workers trucks,equipment,parked cars along the (exit fence).The gate sensor timing is off and doesn't give you enough time punch the numbers in and proceed to the gate,before the gate begins to close.I'm a senior citizen and I feel and have compassion for the homeless but,they are always there on the property and surrounding cul-de-sac,this is a dead end property,where the week-end is rather quiet because the business people and places are not there. My military spo is now deceased and we have another storage unit in this same facility.I chose this facility because the movers claim it was cheaper to move within my same zip code 92111.**TO BE HONEST IT IS SCARY,EVEN DURING DAYLIGHT,MORNING HOURS BY MYSELF** Sincerely,S.Brodie

  After a long drive from Denver Colorado it was very refreshing to work with Cinnamon. She greeted me with the best attitude and it was a pleasure to talk to. She asked a few questions to make sure the unit i was getting wasnt too big or small. I was given a tour of the unit and the area. Everything was wonderfull and look forward to popping in the office just to say hi to this amazing staff. A+ 100% 5 stars this place is great!

  It was very quick and easy to reserve our unit . The manager was awesome she really knew what she was doing and what we needed. The manager was able to show us a couple of diffrent units that would work best for us. No pressure .

  Ok, I know what you're thinking, this guy must work for public storage, (I don't) but I did have one of the ABSOLUTE BEST customer service experiences of my life at a public storage. CINNAMON BRADLEY was a dream to work with. Kind, professional, witty, and an overall amazing sales leader, manager, and mentor to her staff member who was recently hired. I would give more stars on this review if I could. Thanks public storage for maintaining great employees. From now on, when I think public storage, I will think of that awesome customer service experience. Who else does storage? I dunno, but I prefer Public Storage.

  I made reservation online to visit and lease a storage unit. The storage unit manager called me to confirm of my appointment. Once I walked into the office, Alexa and Chris greeted me and help me every steps to complete my lease. Alexa showed me the unit and made sure if I was ok with the unit. Both storage representatives were kind and very helpful.

  Best service and company ever!!

  The storage place is one of the kind! The lady cinnamon over there is very helpful and sincere. Made the whole process very easy!! I almost felt like I made a good friend over there just because how friendly and how flexible she was as a human being!! Her secret of beauty comes from inside. And coconut water apparently;) hehe. Her existence makes this place some' very magical..???????

  The service is good but the billing system stinks

  I just got a notice in the mail from Marsh stating my unit insurance is being cancelled for non payment. Keep in mind it's less than a month since I originally moved in plus I have never gotten any bill from Marsh. I just received my email invoice from Public Storage a few days ago which had no due date other than stating the upcoming billing term is for 6/1 - 6/30. None of this is really any big deal and I just paid the invoice online but it hacks me off a little to be told I'm late paying when clearly that's not the case. Aside from that the service is good. The manager at the location is a nice guy, very helpful and professional.
