  The 2 major issues I have are

  The 2 major issues I have are: (a) My storage has insulation falling from the top of the unit (b) there is not enough outside lighting. I come to get things & drop things off around 7:30 or 8pm and the units do not have interior lighting and the outside lighting is not bright enough to see inside. This is somewhat a safety issue since the fencing is low enough for someone to climb over. Otherwise, the Representative (Alta) was very nice and showed me 2 different size units so I could decide which best fit my needs. The storage space is large enough for my things (10x25 foot unit) to fit comfortably. Also love that a special price was running on most units.

  The facility and people are excellent

  The facility and people are excellent. However the unloading situation is difficult at best. If there are multiple ppl moving in the sidewalk is to narrow to navigate around other carts and trucks. It would be nice to have all cement and no grass so ppl can maneuver around each other.

  After renting one unit decided wasn't satisfied with it. Was taken to see several other units and transferred to another unit. Employee that helped me was pleasant and friendly and made the transition easy.

  Everything is so far good just wish I had access to my storage sometimes later than 9pm. Sometimes I don't get off work till 10 so for others like me I'm sure it's a huge downside

  Facility is very clean and everyone is very helpful! Would have given 5 stars except it is hard to get into the property. There is such a short "driveway" off the main road and you cannot line up your vehicle with the thing you punch your gate code into and have to get out (especially when we drove in with the 26' truck we rented, we didn't even fit in the driveway!). Also, it didn't look like the security system/camera's were working - there was some sort of error message on the monitor in the office.

  Brittany was super nice. And it's conveniently located near my apartments so I never have to travel far. However, there were a few surprises when it came to the price. Online told me my total amount was one price, but once there,i had to pay a required insurance fee and if you didn't bring your lock with you, you couldn't leave and go purchase one. You had to buy theirs which was ridiculously expensive.

  Don't advertise the admin fee or your mandatory insurance

  Manager was very friendly and helpful Site was great including security,cleanliness etc. My disappointment is that you don't mention the administration fee or your mandatory insurance, along with I was not aloud to bring a lock back when I put my items in the storage unit so again mandatory to buy a over price lock that could have been purchased elsewhere for half the price. Even Uhaul sales them for 12.99. So for the advertised $1 move in In now $57.00 Which is still cheaper than then a month, which is great. Just feel scammed or not trustworthy after you add all the other stuff instead of just advertising or stating all the facts up front Thanks Stacy

  I called the 1-800 number when I had trouble reserving online. Oddly, it started working as soon as I called, but anyway, I was told that the person at the PS would call me directly, and she did. Brittany's service was impeccable and we reall appreciated it. We're loyal Public Storage customers now. Thanks Brittany!!

  Rental price is to high..

  Brittany was very nice an helpful, but the prices that your company charges is high an in my opionion not a reasonable fee. I know the cost of running a business is not cheap but the unites do not have lights in them so why the high charge.

  Nice location aside from prices

  Brittany is the lady who set me up and the $1 first month rent is an eye-catcher. The models are nice and have had no security breach issues (yet). I wish a discount could be applied but maybe prices are accurate.
