  Very nice facility, its bigger than it looks from the pictures.

  Very helpful staff, prices were very reasonable. Facility was large and they are expanding to accommodate more units.

  Did not have anything to accomodate indoor storage for a boat. Had a 10x20 unit but would not be able to get boat in it. Lady kept asking me what I was going to do about it and asked me did I not have concerns about it. I kept telling her I only have knowledge of 10x20 not info on need for boat. I could not change the situation. Offered outside storage till could get an inside storage. Could not please the lady with anything I said. She kept on and on with saying I was incompetent. Advised her to go to Excell storage to see if they had something for boat to fit in. I apologized for not having a 10x20 for her boat.

  This facility does not honor reservations.

  Made the reservation had a confirmation number- on move in date the VERY RUDE LADY handling the front desk told us she didnt care about our reservation, it wasn't her problem! Bad Customer service- and VERY RUDE ATTENDANT! INCOMPETENT!!!!!

  Convenient, affordable, clean

  Communication was good and paperwork straight forward. The spot we were assigned to park our boat in had a spike with a censor in the ground we were not made aware of. We didn’t see the censor in the dark, and backed our boat over it, rendering us unable to exit the facility. No after hours number to contact. We were able to fix it, but a heads up about the censor would have been helpful

  Fantastic service and great price - best I saw in town

  Great service, great price. This unit is convenient and only 3 minutes from us. Two puppies even greeted us at the door, can't get better than that.

  Great storage option

  The lady behind the desk was very helpful. I received the unit fast and with no problems. When I realized I needed a bigger unit they swapped it over for me with no hassle. This place has been amazing. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
