  Things went just ’ok’

  I did not enjoy the check in process. The location was closed and I had to use the self service kiosk. My information could not be located after several attempts so I had to utilize the help and line operator feature. I'm glad it was available, but I lost time trying to find my reservation.

  Expert service

  Management team ward welcoming and friendly. Ease of finalizing reservation was sufficient and efficient. Facility is an old Target store that's clean, well lit, and spacious. Dock access for dock high truck was a blessing. Even more is drive in lane through 14' roll up door through center of units. Excellent value! Excellent use of building.

  Clean and affordable with friendly staff.

  Facilities were very clean and in good repair. No cracked tiles, rusted doors, or weird smells were detected. I appreciated how well organized the facility layout was and how safe from the elements the units were. The price for a 5x5 was the best that I found around the Dayton area and signing up for auto-billing resulted in us getting a free storage lock, so the affordability is great. Staff was very friendly and made sure we had the right storage size for our needs.

  Better than expected!

  My experience with SpareFoot was excellent. My storage space is impressive. The setup is well thought out and very convenient. The attendants at the front desk were more than helpful!

  Thank you for the review. We apologize that you were unable to locate an available cart. Please stop by the office for assistance locating carts in the future, as they do not always get returned to their corral at the front of the facility. It should NEVER be hot inside of the facility. Our Climate Control feature maintains temperatures between 50 and 80 degrees at all times. If the facility is ever out of this range please notify the office Managers.

  Not sure what to say but when incame here. I neber expected its so nice n clean and cool. Then came.to my mind. That would.be good. That my stuff will.be in good care.. Other storages i had. Either damaged by moisture n mildew..
