  Easy move-in, less sales-y sign up & comparatively low monthly price

  Nice setup/ move-in customer service & special deal price with first month for $1 + insurance. Did not receive a driver & moving truck, as advertised, so had to pay *a lot* for movers, but will chalk that up to the price of moving. Still a win because the monthly price is lower than others & customer service so far has been good. Hope they keep it up!

  Great value!

  This place works well enough and is a great value. If you you do not need a "hotel-like" environment for your stuff and the associated high monthly rates, then this is the place. The facility works for me because it is no-frills; no-nonsense; easy enough to get to by car or foot in the NYC area; and, the day-to-day managers seem helpful and friendly.

  CLEAN AND FRIENDLY AND GREETED WITH A SMILE

  I went with a larger unit than planned and the young man that greeted me and showed me several rooms was very pleasant and patient as was the owner. checking in was very fast and every i and t was dotted and crossed. i also like the free month for a 6 month contract. I do wish they were open on Sundays for customers but it's not a deal breaker. best pricing and I DID MY HOMEWORK.

  Great staff. Great carts. Great smooth floors. Great loading bay. Great big, fast elevator. Very clean units. Cool and quite facility. Clean floors. I am very content and have no complaints. Better prices than others in the area too.

  Overall, great

  The security looks decent and the people there were friendly. Unfortunately the the insurance was higher than the rent price. Also, when I first got there, it was dirty since I was on the top area with large wire over it which people threw stuff which falls into my storage. I would recommend putting something over the wire so people can't throw stuff and avoid people looking through the upper storage.

  The woman working the desk was so rude. Barely acknowledged me standing there and waiting, talked on speaker phone to her friend complaining about work in front of me. Only made eye contact once. I waited about 15 minutes before she decided to wait on me.
