  Very helpful office personnel.

  The unit I rented was easily located. The only change I would make is the outside door needs a stopper ssd's o it will stay open. When carrying boxes it is sometimes difficult to open the door.

  Nicest people around

  I reserved a unit over the phone and barely made it in time to secure it. The lady at the front desk(sorry I forgot her name) was literally the nicest person I have met in Jacksonville and I’ve been here a year. Super helpful in getting me in my unit and made the process easy. It’s an older facility but the customer service makes up for that.

  So much space for so little money!

  The staff is so darn nice! They were super duper helpful and got me exactly what I wanted and I still had a lot of space to add more in the future. What a wonderful experience!

  Nice clean place the lady in the office is very nice enjoyed talking to her and she was very helpful. Every easy place to find and very cheap with renting and I believe they help out the veterans.
