  Great customer service. Amazing security. Strict rules if you accidentally set your alarm off or something. Reasonable price. I was a little bummed i spun the wheel landed on chocolate 🍫 and they gave me a zero calorie vitamin water drink instead full of aspartame when I'm pregnant and can't even really be drinking that stuff. Very confusing layout if you end up upstairs the wrong building the numbers are all the same. Awesome free move in service for 30min. And use of uhall free for 20 miles is pretty legit.

  We recently rented a storage unit to begin storing items for our upcoming move to the Monterey Peninsula. Jacqueline was very helpful and attentive to our needs. The attendant (sorry forgot his name? ) was very helpful as well.

  Safe, Clean and Competitive

  Was a little nervous to rent a storage unit sight unseen, but college daughter needed storage to transition out of her Dorm in May to a campus apartment in August. She had to sign the contract, Mom pay for it. I didn't want her signing anything until I reviewed terms. The site manager had no problem faxing a copy of the agreement to look at - standard wording - OK. My only issue was the necessity of buying personal property insurance on her possessions through them. As a college student with our home still her primary residence she is insured under our Homeowner's - as is her personal property off premises. They required HER shown as Named Insured on the policy - ridiculous since she doesn't own OUR home, but is a covered insured on our policy - we had no choice but to cough up the extra 12 bux a month. Clear money grab, but whatever. In exchange for a 3 month contract we received one month free, pro-rated over the 3 month rental period, which saved money in the long run. Moving her things into Saf-Keep yesterday I was pleased with the condition and security of the premises - easy accessibility, no clutter, no 'smell' in building hallways - the unit was very tall adding extra space to the 6x12 dimension of the unit. Staff is professional and friendly, the facility is ain nice, safe area. I give them 2 thumbs up.

  Staff Was very friendly and helpful. Place is clean, secure, with lots of drive up units. LOVE IT>

  The registration and sign up process went smooth, and professional, and the staff very nice and helpful. I like the many payment options. I chose automatic debiting of my credit card so that I wouldnt have to worry about remembering to pay each month. My only complaint would be that when you are price checking on the site, and even when you call, you are not told about the 9.00 a month alarm fee. You don't have the option to opt out of it, so they might as well add it to the unit price and say a unit is 79.00 a month, instead of saying the unit is 70.00 a month and then when you go to move in, you find out it's actually 79.00 a month, becuz of the alarm fee. I appreciate the alarm, and Ill pay the fee. It's just misleading to say the unit is 70.00 a month. My unit is a drive up and load in unit, it's just what I wanted. The place in general is well lit, well cared for, gated, and they asked if there was anything they could do to help, including helping to unload things into the unit.
