  Best Storage Facility I've Seen!

  The entire place was spotlessly clean, the security is phenomenal, there are cameras constantly monitoring the entire facility. Conveniently located elevators throughout, free dolly and cart rentals while loading or unloading your belongings. The pricing is great, and they offer many discounts that you can even stack on each other. And above all that, the manager was incredible. Very polite, friendly, and knew what she was doing. This is the place to store, believe me!

  Lachelle was pretty darn awesome, patient, helpful, friendly, & informative. A storage rep rockstar! The only thing that I don't care for regarding this facility, is the fact that the only locks you can use here are the cylinder locks, when I already own 3 heavy-duty storage locks from a previous storage unit. That'll now count for 4 storage locks. Boo. Other than that, the rate is comparatively decent & with the AAA free month & 12 month 15% discount, it really is worth the savings to relocate my belongings until I find the right fit for a new home. Thanks, Trojan. Great value.

  Very poor start due to various problems.

  Had problems getting the AAA one month free. They were not going to give me the month. Never mentioned the $20 Amazon gift caard and charged me for two days for the Uhaul truck even thought I only used it from about 11am to 4:30pm the same day. Plus I only drove 8 miles. Had to make three calls on Monday to get it resolved.

  So far I'm happy with renting @ Trojan Storage

  I moved to Trojan Storage for several reasons 1) the storage company that I had my items in was burglarized and they arbitrarily, changed my lock to theirs.2) The other storage unit wall were dry wall, and Trojan's are steel.3) The other storage unit was more costly.4) And Trojan's employees appear to be more jovial....

  AMAZING FANTASTIC HELPFUL POLITE CLEAN AND A GREAT PRICE

  The people at the facility were way way beyond excellent, they also seemed like they were real not only well trained. I came in mad at the world due to other problems, I left smiling and laughing. They were helpful, friendly, fast it was painless and easy. The unit was spotless, no smells, everything worked. They loaned me the carts to help me to move in and even gave us bottles of water. It was without a doubt the best service I have ever had with any storage facility. No tricky advertising, no false advertising and the best prices of any other facility I checked and I checked many. Your staff mad a really rotten day become 1,000 percent better. I will recommend you to anyone I know looking for a storage facility. I can honestly say although this is the first time ever meeting the staff or even knowing the name of the company, but I had to make this review as they truly saved the day for me

  Very organized. The security pad is placed by the entry gate within arm reach for the driver which makes it very easily accessible and convenient. You can get in to the facility without getting out of your vehicle. By placing the exit gate at the end of the facility made it easy to leave as well. The staff is very pleasant. We definitely recommend this storage.
